Engineer I Technical Services

As an Engineer I, Technical Services, you will:

• Provide technical assistance to all customers, OEM customers, and sales through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide professional services and technical support for Copeland products.
• Conduct application reviews and technical and quality reviews of products.
• Monitor application engineering bulletin creation, review, and maintenance.
• Perform other functions that may be deemed necessary to deliver the output guided by the company’s vision, mission, and employee policies.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of HVACR.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the field of HVACR, including controls
• Experience in Refrigeration Rack Systems and Supermarket Refrigeration systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and can interpret circuit diagrams.
• Basic computer hardware, software, and networking (IT) skills.
