Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 95,000 gross
Work Set up: Onsite Requirements:
Open for Foreign nationals can speak German language with permanent residence
Bachelor's degree holder
Preferably Filipino national can speak fluently in German at least B2 level
Willing to work onsite
BPO experience is a plus
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to start as soon as possible Responsibilities:
Analyze customer issues and provide solutions according to the account procedures and guidelines.
Establish a customer relationship with consumers.
Communicate with the supervisor, team members and other teams regarding problems, solutions and trends
Exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond all other duties as assigned.
To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Recruitment Process:
