Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead for CEGID Y2 implementation & Support for clients' project
• Lead and manage a team of IT consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Set clear objectives and expectations for the team, monitor their progress and providing regular feedback.
• Drive projects and manage stakeholders' expectations.
• Stay updated on POS industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consulting.
• Provide CEGID expertise and guidance to consultants on complex technical issues or challenges.
• Review and validate consultants' recommendations and deliverables, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
• Be responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational duties
• Build partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level

Profile

• Minimum Bachelors Degree hold in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in CEGID
• Proven track record of service delivery in business and IT initiatives
• Hands-on experience in CEGID implementation, integration and support
• Experience in leading project delivery teams
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Strong communication and presentation skills
