What you’ll do:

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Your typical day will involve leading delivery, managing service quality and cost, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

  • Manage service quality and cost to ensure profitability and continued success.
  • Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Lead ensures end-to-end governance and management of all in-scope ITSM processes, especially Incident, Change, and Service Level Management

This involves implementation and continuous improvement of standardized methods and processes which the Service Manager shall also drive across all capabilities, including client resolver groups and other stake holders, and the account management teams

The Team Lead is expected to consistently drive the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expertise in Advanced service Desk Resolution Management.
  • Additional Must to Have skills: program project Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in managing large, complex technology projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience in driving profitability and continued success through effective cost Management.
  • Experience in supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a Strong educational background in technology or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering large, complex technology projects.
