IT Service Desk Hiring! Salary offer: 18,000 to 26,000 package Location: Eton Centris, QC Start Date: February 16, 2024 Work set-up: Onsite / RTO; Shifting Schedule Qualifications

Accepting College graduates (IT related course) with or without experience;
OR 2nd year college undergraduate with at least 6 months experience in International IT Service Desk (ITSD) in a BPO
Must be amenable to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Job Description

To provide 1st & 2nd line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
Creating child tickets and tagging them with problem ticket
Identifying the trend of calls / tickets and highlighting it to SDM as applicable for outage confirmation
Recording/Updating the outage / bulletin message in Remedy / ACD based on the status update received by the resolver groups
