IT Staff - MIS

IT/MIS Staff are responsible for designing, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting IT systems. Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements. Assisting with training and onboarding processes. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a ‘Help desk’ service to MEC office, ensuring a high level of customer service and dealing with queries from Employees and staff in person and by post, telephone and email.
• To be familiar and work in accordance with the latest MEC MIS/ISM procedures and processes and challenging any data non compliance issues.
• Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• To obtain a working knowledge of our bespoke software systems and aid in their maintenance.
• Briefing staff on data developments and delivering training when appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course.
• Must have 1-2 years experience as IT Support/MIS/ISM Specialist.
• Must be proficiency in IT helpdesk software and hardware.
• Must have skills and knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
