Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong cooperation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions or concerns - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken as needed - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues that require additional support - Proactively engage with customers to promote products or services and increase sales conversions - Continuously improve chat support processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a live chat support role or similar customer service position - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
