Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Cropital is looking for a passionate and dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed company standards for quality and professionalism - Collaborate with other team members to share customer feedback and insights - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
