Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Zalora Philippines is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Representative to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform to ensure a positive customer experience. This role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat, email, and other communication channels - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information, process orders, and assist with returns and exchanges - Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner - Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize customer service processes - Stay informed about company products and promotions to better assist customers - Meet customer service targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong soft skills, including communication and presentation abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
