Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Meralco is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues efficiently. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while multitasking with multiple chat sessions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses are provided to customers. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing chat data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the chat support process.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask and navigate chat software efficiently. 3. Reliable and resilient individual who can handle high-volume chat conversations with ease. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. 5. Presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers through written communication. 6. No prior experience required, entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
