Job Description - Loan Servicing Specialist III

Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the team.

As a Loan Servicing Specialist III within the Centralized Money Movement team, you will be responsible for processing and approving US and Multicurrency loan transactions. You will interact with market partners, relationship managers, and other stakeholders to provide suitable business solutions and services to our Commercial Banking clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-pressure environment, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset

Job Responsibilities

  • Booking new loans and completing transactions on existing loans
  • Reviewing and processing various forms of monetary related transactions on the applicable commercial loan systems. Completing transactions and transferring funds to internal general ledger 
  • Process transactions for customer relationships using the Advanced Commercial Banking System, Loan IQ, Servicing Express, VLS loan systems. Track Incoming Customer’s Requests 
  • Research detailed requests from our line of business partners related to processed transactions.
  • Resolves transaction exceptions or rejects
  • Participating in project and working groups as required
  • Responsible for meeting service level expectations in addition to team individual productivity and quality goals

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of 1 year of loan servicing and customer service experience or equivalent is required
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Strong client focus mind-set with proficiency in consulting/advising clients, answering inquiries and providing information, and effectively managing difficult conversations.
  • Demonstrated focus on ownership, follow-up, and relationship management.
  • Ability to multitask. Attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong PC navigation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).  
  • Basic mathematics/accounting understanding

 

Shift Schedule: 10pm-7am PHT, weekends off
