Manufacturing Services Head

Title: Manufacturing Services Head The Manufacturing Head performs the required function in meeting targets of finished goods and raw materials' supply availability and inventory turn-over Rate and is responsible in leading the 3 rd Party logistics operations as well as the supply planning function for PQFI Commissary This position also leads the total manufacturing operations, meeting the regular and peak requirements of TBB brand.

• Oversees supply planning requisitions for finished goods and raw materials based on planned orders and forecasts.
• Reviews logistics reports to determine short- and long-term plans for replenishment planning.
• Makes decisions and recommendations based on historical trends to anticipate lapsing or running out of products.
• Manages supply build-up and production planning based on planned orders.
• Oversees the transfer plan of finished goods to site logistics.
• Provides mentorship to the logistics officer for effective communication with manufacturing, engineering, R&D, QA, and site logistics.
• Manages production work orders and monitors the consumption of production materials.
• Ensures raw material procurement plans are in place based on commissary purchase orders.
• Monitors supplier delivery performance and purchasing reliability, endorsing recommendations for daily concerns and high-level issues.
• Reviews inventory management reports, leads team alignments for 3PL performance reviews, and coordinates with 3PL for operational execution.

Job Qualification

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or any equivalent.
• With at least five (5) years of managerial experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
• With strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Must be knowledgeable in quality control systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Must be proficient in identifying and resolving manufacturing issues, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to frequent traveling to visit different stores/logistics sites as needed.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules in Santolan, Pasig.
