Job Description

​​​​ OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Manages the daily workflow of the department

• Leads marketing campaigns and branding initiatives

• Monitors and tracks effectiveness of marketing campaigns 

• Oversees the design and production of promotional materials, digital content, and print materials

• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management

• Works with the executive team, marketing managers, department heads, to set the marketing strategy for the brands

• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies

• Collaborates in the development of new products

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Management, Marketing, or related Social Science course with equivalent experience

• Proven marketing management experience

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management

• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Expert understanding of service and product

• Innate drive to succeed and take initiative

• Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure
