As a Retail Mobile Expert, you will have the opportunity to

• Engage customers and welcome them to the T-Mobile family. Make it Personal.
• Explore and discover, ask questions to determine the individual customer’s needs.
• Offer solution, so customers can stay connected to what matter most to them. Be a problem solver.
• Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise.
• Stay updated on new product and services. Be an Expert and Guide the sale.
• Build long term relationships with customers and stay connected.
• Work to meet all established individual sales goals and targets.
• Maximize customer experience per customer visit by “solving the whole problem.
• Maintain the visual appeal of your store and make the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each of your customers.

Experience

• Work experience as a Sales Associate, or similar role preferred
• Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High school degree
