Newbie Customer Service Representative

Metacom BPO is urgently hiring Customer Service Representative! Qualifications:

· COLLEGE GRADUATE - NO WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

• Open for high school or K-12 graduate but must have at least 6 Months of BPO Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
