Candidate Profile

As a Store Manager it is important that you share our core values, has strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational and communication skills. 

Job Overview:

You will act as the leader of the branch, in charge of overseeing, coordinating, organizing and assessing all operations necessary for the effective and smooth-running of the store. 

Job Objectives:

• To ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times

• To promote teamwork and camaraderie among employees. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and to the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services.

• Develop and implement overall store marketing strategy.

• Ensures maximum satisfaction from customers and handles complaints.

• Encourages employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines.

• Ensures all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

• Must have the ability to work under pressure

• Possess excellent leadership skills

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
