Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing, Operations Management or any related course
• Proven of at least 2 years to 5 years of working experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
• Has strong personality, leadership skills, and an effective communicator.
• Fine with supervising manpower in Taytay, Pasig and Valenzuela.

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Streamline end-to-end processes through operational initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Lead project planning, execution, and evaluation to address operational challenges effectively.
• Analyze and enhance business control systems to ensure alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with departments such as marketing, finance, human resource, and operations to meet organizational requirements.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor employees
• Select, negotiate, and manage vendors based on service-level agreements to support organizational operations.
