In 2002, Optimized Customer Solutions Inc. (OCSI) started its operation in Pampanga as an authorized distributor of Nestlé Philippines. After 3 years of exemplary performance in sales and distribution of Nestlé products, Lower Cavite and Upper Laguna were awarded to the company (2005). Since then, the areas of coverage progressively expanded to whole Cavite and Laguna areas respectively, far reaching up to Quezon Province and Marinduque. Consequently, Nestlé Food Services (Nestlé Professional) business unit was also awarded to OCSI in the areas that they cover in 2007. In 2018, Nestlé Food Services (Nestlé Professional) business unit for South Greater was awarded again to OCSI where its warehouse is strategically located in Las Piñas City. Another exemplary feat for 2019 is OCSI’s new distribution coverage for South Panay in Western Visayas. Warehouse location is in District of Iloilo.

Job Description Manage the distributor's business to achieve set objectives in the trade while maximizing shareholder's return on investments.
Preferably has gained considerable experience or stature in leading a specific operation or function within a distributor operation
Demonstrates ability to lead people
Achievement of set Key Performance Indicators (Category and Channel Sales, Distribution, Market Hygiene, Quality of Sales)
Attainment of Distributor profitability and sustainable growth.
Territory Development applying the right route-to-market strategy
Flawless Execution of monthly Cycle Plans
Drive Channel/Customer Knowledge
Integrated Customer Relationships and Collaboration
Effective Selling
Effective Negotiation
Drive Excellence in Execution
Establish Winning Sales Strategy
Drive Sustainable Profitable Growth

Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree
Preferably has 3 years’ experience in managing or part of the management team of an FMCG Distribution Company

Compensation 20000-30000

Compensation Range ₱200,000 - ₱300,000
