Main Responsibilities:

• Will be to schedule appointment for technician visit to the client's location for evaluations.
• With 2-3 yrs call center experience
• Willing to work onsite and on Eastern time zone
• Excellent communication skills
• Need to start immediately
• Should be comfortable making out-bound calls
