Post-Sales Service Support

• Manage the company's post-sales service operations in international markets, including providing technical guidance and support to distributors.
• Provide after-sales service to customers in international markets, including troubleshooting, on-site repair, equipment calibration, installation, and training.
• Participate in the development of after-sales service plans and processes for international markets and continuously optimize the company’s after-sales service system.
• Collect and analyze after-sales service demands in overseas markets, provide market feedback and suggestions.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to carry out related work.

Qualifications: 

• At least 2 years of experience in after-sales service, familiar with after-sales service processes, and capable of handling after-sales service issues independently. 
• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or related fields.
• Candidates who can be stationed overseas (foreign nationals or overseas Chinese preferred) and are adaptable to global travel are preferred.
• Proficient in using tools and skills for repairing electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment. 4
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with overseas clients and distributors.
• Experience in machinery repair is preferred.
