Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP 40,000 to 70,000

Key Responsibilities That Define Your Impact:

  • Handle tenant communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings (as needed).
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to efficiently resolve property issues.
  • Assist in lease administration, including lease renewals and terminations.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Follow up on late payments.
  • Stay updated on property management laws and regulations.
