We are looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our team.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in Recruitment, Staffing and Candidate Sourcing.
• Competent Client / Customer Management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in Construction Recruitment using Bullhorn CRM (recruitment software) would be a
MASSIVE advantage.
• Bachelors Degree in Psychology or similar related fields WOULD BE A BONUS, THOUGH NOT ESSENTIAL
• Competent user of Office IT software such as MS Office products Bullhorn,
• Organized and structured with a mindset to learn new skills and develop them. ESSENTIAL
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work on short notice requirements. ESSENTIAL
• Experience working with LinkedIn and managing LinkedIn profiles would be MASSIVE
ADVANTAGE
• Exposure in handling global clients is an advantage




Your Responsibilities As a Recruitment Officer/ Customer Support:
• Supporting our consultants with daily business and tasks
• Assisting with our Rostering / attendance management
• Sourcing & Screening Candidates
• Manage CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process – NOT YET – THIS WILL BE ME TO
START OFF WITH
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment Australian
laws and regulations
