Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Account Support Associate to join our team at AIDE Home Health Care in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist them with any account-related inquiries or issues - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of information - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and deliver a seamless experience - Conduct strategic planning to maximize client satisfaction and retention - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance support services

Requirements: - Proven experience as an Account Support Associate or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strategic planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service
