Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team at Coins.ph in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to launch their career in the financial technology industry.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account-related inquiries and issues through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. - Process customer transactions and ensure accuracy in updating account information. - Identify and escalate complex customer cases to the appropriate team for resolution. - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. - Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. - Independent and hardworking with excellent planning skills. - Emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm under pressure. - Must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry.
