Job Description - Account Support Specialist

MetroMart is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful with strong persuasion and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer support to key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and successful partnership - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of account strategies and initiatives - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive revenue growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - 3+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
