Cloudstaff is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant in our Cebu office. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to start their career in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to a supervisor when necessary. 3. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Must be driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
