Job Description - Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:


Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This full-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and reliable, with strong strategic planning and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, and inquiries - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize company software and technology to access and update customer information - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
