Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team and work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is full-time and at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders or resolve any issues - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Meet targets and KPIs set by the company - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
