Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Avion School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center department, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and performance - Manage a team of call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery - Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve performance goals - Proficient in strategic planning and analysis - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
