Call Center Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a resilient and energetic Call Center Manager to join our team at BeamAndGo in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center operations - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center representatives to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the call center team - Generate reports and provide insights to the leadership team on call center performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proven experience in project management and adaptability to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
