Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Saphron is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Davao City. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs. - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to help them develop their skills. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits. - Strong time management and research skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing a remote call center team. - Experience with call center software and tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
