Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service and meets key performance indicators.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and performance. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center representatives. 7. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Motivated and energetic personality. - Experience in negotiation and project management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
