Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


ChatGenie is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team as a remote employee based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This position is full-time and at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality assurance. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Train and coach call center agents to ensure they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service. 4. Analyze call center metrics and performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall operations. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Proven track record of driving results and exceeding performance targets. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Driven and reliable personality traits. 7. Experience with call center software and CRM systems.
