Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This is a full-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from hotel guests to provide assistance and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Utilize resources effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with guests. - Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative to resolve problems and help team members when needed. - Adapt to changes in procedure or protocol to meet the needs of guests and the company. - Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the company to ensure top-quality service. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with guests in the company database.
Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual who can think on their feet and find solutions to guest issues. - Strong leadership skills to guide a team and assist coworkers when needed. - Adaptability to changing situations and procedures in a fast-paced call center environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist guests and collaborate with team members. - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
