Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
