Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative at GMA Network Inc. located in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information, resolving inquiries, and addressing complaints from customers - Conducting surveys and collecting feedback from customers - Documenting all interactions accurately in the database - Meeting performance goals and targets set by the company - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Demonstrating leadership skills and critical thinking to handle difficult situations effectively

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach - Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Passion for customer service and willingness to learn - Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
