Job Description:
Altitude Games is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our customer service team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess excellent planning and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation in every interaction. 3. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update customer information. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call resolution, and quality assurance.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must have a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
