Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through remote communication channels. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products and services. 3. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet or exceed targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. 7. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude. 4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
