Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a motivated Remote Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Davao City, PH. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and eager to learn and grow with us. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns regarding our sustainable products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and service requests - Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on product features, pricing, and availability - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with team members and leaders to achieve sales and service goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications - Team player with strong leadership qualities - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
