Job Description:
ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a full-time Associate Level employee, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Make outgoing calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and feedback. 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system. 6. Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries. 4. Ability to think innovatively and find solutions to customer issues. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
