Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Expedock is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Davao City, PH. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Specialist at Expedock, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Recording accurate and detailed information from customer interactions in the company database - Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective call center operations - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance goals
