Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support through online chat platforms. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. 2. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions with customers. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues or trends to management. 6. Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles for customer self-service.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and motivated to excel in a customer-centric role. 6. Creativity and presentation skills to engage customers effectively.
