Chat Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Chat Support Assistant at Bench in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions for customers

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Experience in a customer service role preferred - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - High attention to detail and accuracy - Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations
