Chat Support Assistant

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Confidence in handling customer queries and providing solutions. 4. Passion for mobile gaming and knowledge of popular gaming platforms. 5. Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns. 6. Persuasion skills to guide customers towards appropriate solutions.
