Chat Support Associate

1Export is currently seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Chat Support Associate at 1Export, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service via chat support to our clients. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for tracking and documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.

In addition to providing support to our customers, you will also be expected to assist in developing innovative solutions to common customer inquiries and issues. Your role will also involve managing people and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
