Taxumo is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, and possess strong communication skills. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to start their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers regarding inquiries, issues, and technical assistance - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Manage customer relationships effectively through chat support
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity in problem-solving and addressing customer needs - Previous experience in people management is a plus - Ability to work remotely and stay motivated without direct supervision
