Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through chat support channels - Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Continuously improving product knowledge and communication skills
