Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is looking for a Chat Support Manager to join our team and work from home. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring chat support performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents - Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs - Train and onboard new chat support agents - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide regular feedback and coaching to chat support agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and confident personality traits - Creative and cooperative soft skills - Prior experience managing a team preferred
