Job Description:
We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at GMA Network Inc. in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our viewers and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and technical support related to our programs and services.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our programs, schedules, and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Research and stay updated on current programs, events, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers while handling their concerns effectively - Document and report customer feedback and issues for analysis and improvement
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
