Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Chat Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Work from Home Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels to our clients. This position is located in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH and offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat support channels - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Keep up to date with product information and updates to provide the best support possible

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Adaptable and resourceful individual with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using chat support tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education is a plus
